ACG signs contracts to build two state-of-the-art dining and entertainment complexes in Al Mahboula.

July 2015, Al-Ahlia Contracting Group, a leading engineering and construction company in Kuwait, has been newly awarded the construction of two luxurious dining and entertainment developments in Al Mahboula, Southern Kuwait. The Projects have been awarded after an extensive tendering process, in which ACG will undertake the construction, completion and maintenance of these projects, scheduled for completion by early 2018.

 


 

Wafra Seef, owned by Wafra Real Estate Company, with a contract worth KD 15,000,000, is a four storied building, with total site area of 11,673 m2 and a built up area of approximately 22,400 m2. It will include two basements for parking, service rooms and a state-of-the-art water attraction. A ground floor which includes parking area, retail area  and the first floor which will consist of a retail area and a connecting bridge.

 


 

 

Restaurants, Cafes and Food Court Project, owned by M/s. Sarah and Ghanima Fahad Almarzouq, with a contract worth KD 10,500,000, is also a four storied building, with a total area of 10,786 m2 and built up area of approximately 27,600 m2. It will consists of two basements on the whole area, one ground floor and a mezzanine. The basement will be used as car parks and the ground floor contains water features, planters and sitting areas.
